Brainstorm Process:
Describe your tattoo vision in full detail. Placement on tattoo, Whether you want your piece to be black & grey or color.
Email as much images/references or ideas you have in mind for your piece. Kyle will not copying straight from other artists designs, especially if done on skin by another artist.
Please send photos of the location on your body where you would like the tattoo done through email. (Note: Please try your best to get a straight forward picture of the placement you would want your future piece to get done. Highly recommend having another individual to help you out on this!)
Its important to make sure that the project is a good match and would be the type of work Kyle would do before we discuss available appointments and deposit process.
Design:
Once deposit process is done, Kyle preps 2 different designs on the same subject to present to the client. If client wants 3 or 4 different design additional rate may apply during deposit process.
For big scale designs/sketch work or more complex projects usually take up roughly 1-2 weeks till design is done.
Payments for tattoo sessions are due immediately at the end of each session.
Cash on hand, Zelle, and Apple Pay will be the only payment method. Kyle will not accept Cash app, Venmo, and Paypal transaction at this time.
Deposit is necessary to book your appointment. Deposit rates range from ($80-$150) . All depends on size and detail of tattoo project.
The deposit serves to lock in your appointment and have Kyle start on the prep of your design till the actual day of the tattoo appointment. If its a single session project, deposit fee will be deducted with the grand total of what the price of the project is. If its a big project that needs more than one sitting the deposit deduction doesn’t go in effect until the last session of the tattoo.
Deposit Fee is non-refundable
If you need to change the date of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, a 24 hrs notice is needed to reschedule and . You are only able to reschedule appointment once without losing your deposit.
Kyle charges a specific hourly rate on pieces from shoulder to bicep or bigger pieces such as full-sleeve, full backpieces & etc. Small hyper detail pieces will also be charged hourly.
Any other small pieces from a quarter size to a palm size will be charge a flat rate.

RETURNING & LOYAL CLIENTS:

$520 = Half day (4 hours)
$1,050 = Full day (8 hours)

Tattoo sessions:
All tattoo projects are different and they take different amount of time and effort to get done. Please email us all the information and pictures and we`ll get back to you with the estimate cost.
Large projects such as full sleeves and full leg sleeves may take 2-5 sessions. Back pieces or bigger may take 3-6 sessions depending on variables such as skin type, size and detail of tattoo, and other factors listed here. This is an artistic project, there is no guarantee the exact amount of sessions a tattoo will take up front. Keep in mind every project and person is unique!
Medium and small size projects such as half- leg or arm sleeves, chest piece, may take 1-3 sittings all depending on detail, skin type, etc.
When necessary, Kyle offers an optional follow-up sessions to clients. This is to refine your tattoo design, touch-ups and elevate it to another level. Follow up sessions is flat rate not hourly. This only affects hyper detail pieces, big scale projects (Ex: Half-sleeves, full-sleeves, back pieces, and etc.
Any small or simple pieces would be eligible for a one time free touch-up. If clients wants more than one touch up it will be charge like a regular session.
Appointment Info & Things to know before your appointment/session

Tattoo session usually start, 11am
You are able to bring one person with you on your session but highly recommend coming alone. If another person is coming along with you, they will have wait in the waiting area until the tattoo session is finish. No kids and no big groups (3 or more).
Please don’t drink alcohol days before your tattoo session. This may cause excessive bleeding during the tattoo process and will cause issues during healing process.
Make sure to have enough rest before coming into the appointment and please eat a meal beforehand to prevent fatigue, fainting, low blood sugar issues.
To keep the work space sanitary and hair free. We ask you to have you shave the area that is going to be tattooed in the comfort of your home. If you don’t feel like doing it. Kyle can do that for you and charge an additional $25 cleaning fee and it will be added to the cost of the tattoo session.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that helps with the tattoo process. If getting a tattoo on your forearm, a sleeveless shirt, tank top would be best. If getting tattooed on your leg, its better to wear shorts.
Water & beverages are usually available at the shop. Its optional but recommended to bring your own water bottle, flask, etc.
If you are late, you must inform us via email, text, or call at (808) 726-4009 . If you are more than 20 minutes late without any notification, the session will be canceled without any refund.
If no call, no show or don’t show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit and would have to drop another deposit. If this happens more than once we will not be able to work together.
Client’s coming alone must be 18 and older to get tattooed. Bring proof or identification (ID, Driver’s license, birth certificate, passport)
Any health problems, allergies, and contraindications, please warn us about this in advance.
It is optional to use a mask, keep in mind if you are sick or feeling ill, we will assist you with rescheduling your appointment.
Before starting your tattoo session, we ask you to fill a consent form at the shop. Make sure to bring a government issued ID for our records. Proper forms of identification include your driver’s license or passport.
Any minor’s that looking to get tattoo (16-17) will have to fill out a separate consent form along with your Parental Guardian. Both parties must have a government issued ID for our records. Proper forms of identification include your driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, etc. Parental guardian must stay with the minor that’s getting the tattoo thought the whole tattoo session due to Health & Regulation reasons.

In paying your deposit, you agree to the entire policy above, and agree that the deposit cannot be refunded for any reason, whatsoever.
It is important that you include your idea, reference pictures, and a photo of the location on your body where you want the tattoo (Re-read Brainstorm Process for more info). If you do not include any of this, we will not be able to get back with you.
